Every player has an "attack range." This runs from double your networth to half your networth, preventing you from attacking players more than double your net or players less than half your net. You would not want a player 3-4 times larger than you attacking you, and hence this is prevented. When you click "Rankings," you will see players in your city within your attack range. These players are ones you can hit. If there is no one in your range for you to hit, you will need to travel to another city in order to hit players. You can find out what city to travel to by clicking the "Attack Range" link directly under the city you are interested in. This will show you a list of players in that city that you can reach. You will have to travel to that city in order to hit them, and it is very expensive unless you have vehicles for your men.
If you click on "Complex" (also your starting page after you login), you will see the happiness levels for your Hookers, Call-Girls, and Hitmen. These levels are broken down by the items that they need in order to be happy. Look for bars that are not "full" or smiley faces that are not Green and smiling to find out why your people are upset.
The success of your attack is determined by which player has the most remaining hitmen after the attack. When a player has few guns, he is doing little to no damage to you, but you are significantly damaging the other player with each hit. A second or third hit will result in a successful hit for you. We are making modifications to assist this problem so that it will be easier for the attacking player in such a circumstance.
The game automatically prevents players from attacking players from the same IP to prevent a single player stacking multiple accounts or swapping inventory among their accounts. If you are the only player at your house, or you know this account is not being played from your house, then your Internet Service Provider is using a Proxy IP, i.e. they are putting all customers under the same IP. There is nothing we can do to prevent this and it is a feature for better game play.
To purchase memberships or turns, go to the "Buy Membership or Turns" page just beneath your inbox. If you are a non-member, you will only see two options: purchase a membership which is instanteously given to your account and costs $5, and purchase 5 membership codes which delivers 5 codes to your inbox that can only be used for memberships and costs $20. Memberships give a number of bonuses, such as 2k action turns, a message that displays as you are scouting to let you know if you are using the magic number or if it is higher or lower, a bonus when scouting or manufacturing, and the ability to buy turns. Memberships are only good for the current round, although membership codes are good for any round. You remain a member even if you suicide your account. Once you are a member, you will still see the option to buy 5 membership codes as well as some new ones: Purchase 3,000 action turns which is instanteous and costs $5, purchase 10,000 action turns which is instanteous and costs $15, purchase 27k action turns which delivers 9 3k turn codes to your in-game inbox and costs $35, purchase 42k action turns which delivers 14 3k turn codes to your in-game inbox and costs $50, purchase 90k action turns which delivers 30 3k turn codes to your in-game inbox and costs $100, and purchase 400 attack turns which is instanteous and costs $5. It is your responsibility to keep track of and safe your codes, please remember that all inbox messages (likewise all accounts) are cleared at the end of each round.
You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use Paypal. You simply select that you do not have an account and it will allow you to pay via Credit Card - this also accepts Prepaid credit card. There are also other options. such as sending a Money Order for membership or turn codes that must be distributed by the administration. You would then go to the purchase page and click "Click here to Redeem Membership/Turn Codes" and enter the code for use. Codes are delivered to your in-game inbox, and it is your responsibility to save them as all inbox messages (and accounts) are cleared at the end of each round. They can be used by any account and are good for any round, but may only be used once. Please contact admin@themobworld.com if you are interested in using this method.

This is because there is a daily donation limit equal to 20% of that player's networth. You cannot donate more than 20% of their networth to them in a single day, but it resets daily.
"Reset" occurs every day at 6 pm MDT (game time). What is Reset? When you are attacked while offline, you can only take in 4 attacks if a member or 8 if a non-member. If you do not log back on before Reset, you can take in another 4 or 8 attacks before you next log on. It is best for you to check your account either right before Reset or right after Reset so that you are not wide open for other people to take your inventory.
