Explicit Entertainment shall provide a minimum of two months notice in the advent of service cancellation. Explicit Entertainment shall not be responsible for providing refunds for previous purchases for any of its services. The two month cancellation notice shall be sufficient to redeem the value from the past purchases.

Hacking and/or Security Violations

Any person or persons found to be hacking into TheMobWorld.com Website or violating the security measures of the Site will be banned and prosecuted at the discretion of Explicit Entertainment. In the event that hacking does occur, in any form from physically hacking the site to planting viruses on the site or any content therein, Explicit Entertainment retains all rights to prosecute the perpetrators in a court of law for sabotage, vandalism, willful destruction, and/or violation of privacy and theft of confidential information and private property.
